Job Description:

DC office of a major international law firm is currently seeking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst.

The ideal candidate will be required to have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a computer end-user support role. It is preferred that the candidate have prior law firm experience. Microsoft A+ certification is not required, but is a plus. Understanding and significant experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010, PC hardware and peripherals, and knowledge of networks and client/server technology. It is required that the candidate have prior working experience with legal standard hardware and software (i.e., DocXTools, Open Text, iManage).

Must be prepared to interview with agency and law firm prior to placement.
